Involvement with these firms required a professional knowledge for Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential property, including property development and management.

Milestones over this period included development of Stud Park Shopping Centre Rowville, Berwick Supermarket, Commercial buildings in Albert Road South Melbourne and residential subdivision developments in Avondale Heights, Blind Bight and in Burnside, Adelaide Hills.
